@ericmwalk I really hate feeling harassed by vendors. This whole constant contact thing is the worst and begins to override any good feelings I may have had about an offering.
@petebrown I see what you did, there! Just hitting me hard that something I remember so well is already so old. Which means, by extension, so am I
@gdp @jeffmueller Updating took time, for me. 16.3 for HomePods was released a day later than for iOS. And then only one of my HomePods took the update automatically when I downloaded it via the Home app. When a second HomePod Mini was updated it took about an hour before it showed numbers for temp and humidity. Now Home app shows climate range with reading for both devices, and respective rooms show climate from the device in the room.
@odbol Possibly im doing it wrong
@cleverdevil You should know by two or three in the morning?
@jeffmueller I did the same and was happy to see the new data in The Home app
@manton I love what Micro.blog already is. I love that we can follow federated accounts if we choose. I appreciate very much that this isn’t Mastodon.
@odbol I have been using the QR scanner available in the Control Center menu. It appears to open in a Safari-like view, but let’s say I toggle away for MFA or to look up my specific password, there is nothing to return to. Safari itself isn’t open to the link, and the Control Center session seems to go away.
@Annie Valid. Generally quick eye-contact and chin-down nod. Unless: someone is doing something noteworthy in a way that inspires admiration or jealousy, in which case, chin-up.
