@simonwoods I'm a big fan of Overcast. Which music app is that?
@sgtstretch That’s completely fair. Just seems a shame to toss something that has spent most of its life in the original box
@renevanbelzen Me, neither. I'm sure you're right. A new helmet's on the short list. I bought a new one for my daughter and was pleasantly surprised that it had flashing lights built-in.
@pimoore The universe has given me many clues to shift my path. Thank you for the kind wishes!
Beard has been a year in the making.
@ronguest It sucks. My daughter is heartbroken. I am grateful I can replace what was taken. It is an important lesson, but sad to need to navigate.
@frankm That's one of the most eye-opening things about America, coming face-to-face with the class system. We give a lot of lip-service to equality, but we gaslight ourselves (in this one way, along with so many others).
@cdevroe I agree. It's user-hostile. If Reader-view works (assuming I'm not already incensed) and I have sufficent interest, I'll read it that way. But at a certain point I have to assume they don't want me to read it and I will move on.
@jakelacaze @pimoore Loosing Google Reader was a big blow, but it taught me a healthy skepticism—that free services are only free for a limited time. On the other hand, Google has been an on-ramp for me and has enabled me when I was not technically proficient, nor able to afford to pay for equivalent commercial services.
@manton Thank you for being on top of it
@MitchWagner I love the classic slotted wheels! Please tell me the paint was metalflake?
