@ohBananaJoe I've had the diagnoses, the therapy and the pills. I'd recommend none of it. The benefit in my life came from participating in 12-step meetings for a year. I realized I have problems just like everyone else. I never got to step one. I could never admit I was broken. It took those meetings for me to see it.
