@petebrown I had a strong negative reaction the first time I listened to Pygmalion. I revisited it later and now I feel it fits in well in their whole œuvre. I love the space they operate within.
@simonwoods I bet that’s a problem. My playlists are entirely built around music I have purchased or ripped. I will say that one playlist I published recently took days before the full track list was available to stream.
@peterimoore Yep. The worst part is definitely when they fail. I’m grateful to have had one and grateful to be able to replace it.
@ericmwalk It was 9 days for me. I have lived with and without dishwashers alternately throughout my lifetime. I prefer with. 😊
@simonwoods I’ve been an iTunes Match customer ever since it was first available. I use Apple Music for discovery, but I still buy music and I love the fact that I can pull music up from my library that still isn’t available to stream or purchase from any other service.
@Mark_DuBois That is stunning. I’m very sorry and I wish your family the best. I know that there are still some very hard days.
@Gaby @ronguest There are astonishingly helpful people producing amazingly informative videos on TikTok, but it takes time to teach your feed. And yes, I use TikTok sparingly because it’s easy to loose productive time or sleep. Some have used TikTok platform for learning video production. Folks with interesting content or stories will produce videos in sequence much like people on Twitter will chain Tweets. I have seen individuals leverage an audience to move onto other platforms like YouTube, Patreon, Instagram and Twitch where they are no longer timebound.
@ohBananaJoe “Hold on, if love is the answer you’re home.”
@kaa Out of curiosity, which strategies have led them to the most success?
@jack New Bohemians’ second album didn’t grab me anything like their first. But I appreciate the recommendation and I will check this out.
